Robert L. Russell holds the MAI, SRA, and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and served as president of both the Shreveport and the Louisiana Chapters. One of the first to become a Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, he holds License #2 and was also the first AI designated general review appraiser in Louisiana. Member, National Diversity Committee (2008-2009). Candidate Advisor for MAI & AI-GRS Candidates (2015-2019).
